☀️ The summer holidays don’t have to be packed with activities.

It’s okay for children to be bored.

In fact, boredom often sparks the best ideas—building dens, making up games, getting lost in a book, creating imaginary worlds, or simply spending time outdoors. Those quieter moments help children develop creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills.
At the same time, a little learning over the summer can make a big difference.
Just one tutoring session a week can help children maintain their confidence, strengthen areas they’ve found tricky, and start the new school year feeling prepared—without taking away from the fun of the holidays.
If you’re considering regular tutoring in September, summer is also a great opportunity to see if we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure, just a chance for your child to get to know their tutor in a relaxed setting before the busy autumn term begins.
Enjoy the slower pace, embrace a little boredom… and if you’d like to weave some learning into the holidays, we’d love to help.
