Ever noticed how student progress is a bit like climbing the Eiffel Tower? 🗼

At the bottom, it can feel overwhelming — so much to take in, so many steps ahead. When exam season approaches, that pressure only builds. Students often think they need to sprint all the way to the top… but that’s not how real progress works.

The most successful learners I work with don’t rush. They pause on each level. They take in the view. They catch their breath.

Because here’s the truth:📚 Constant revision without breaks doesn’t lead to better results — it leads to burnout.

Taking time away from revision is part of the process:

  • It helps consolidate learning

  • It reduces stress and anxiety

  • It builds the stamina needed for exam performance

Just like climbing the Eiffel Tower, progress happens step by step — not all at once.

So if you (or your child) are in the middle of exam prep right now, remember:It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to step back. It’s actually part of moving forward.
